Personal Info and Background:

Although older and coming into the industry later in life, I have appreciated how valuable exercise and a healthy diet can be, having exercised most of my life (an athlete)and it helping me overcome a life threatening illness which caused unwanted weight gain and having to adapt exercise to suit my needs, my aim is to help those who suffered through illness or injury rebuild their fitness levels or those who just want a healthier life style, educate you in not only fitness but nutritional advice as well. I believe a relaxed and friendly approach to personal training still allows you to achieve the results you want, my aim is to focus on you, one to one giving you full individual attention, I am positive about what I do, I will be your personal motivator taking an interest in you and your lifestyle, therefore working you to your full potential.
