A dedicated fitness professional, involved in fitness for 7 years and in martial arts for 13 years. I am passionate about my personal training clients goals and subsequently make them my own.
I will use the most effective personal training techniques in order to achieve targets in the shortest possible time frame. I am also aware that some people don't have "goals" as such, but simply need to start somewhere. Together we can develop a plan of action that suits your needs.
