Hello, I have now been a Personal Trainer for 9 years. I have worked with all ages, ranging from those who want to lose weight to those who need to improve a specific area of their fitness for health reasons or to become better at their chosen sport.
My aim is to provide everyone I personal train with the ability to use their own body as efficiently as possible. This will enable everyone to enjoy doing whatever they do and help towards staying injury free.
