Hi my names James. I Am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with my own one to one private studio for those looking to tone, lose some weight, build muscle or improve sporting performance. I have personal trained many different types of people all looking to achieve something different from just wanting to feel better about themselves to wanting to be able to squat over a certain weight. So I feel suitably qualified as a personal trainer to cater your needs whatever they may be. Many people lack the confidence to go to a public gym, they find it daunting not knowing what to do, feeling self conscious about there weight, they way they look and they lack the motivation to push themselves. That's where I can help. I can give you the motivation to not give up , to give you all the expertise and guidance you need to get you the body you want. Where can we do the personal training? I can travel to your home, meet you at a local gym or you can train at my one to one studio, what ever suits you best.
First thing to do is to meet up, have a relaxed informal chat about what you want to achieve, you training history, what times you can do the personal training sessions, discuss your diet so I can get to know you and from the information you give me plan a personal training regime for you.
